Refund policy
Racquet Club – Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings

All bookings must be paid in advance.

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the slot for a full credit towards a future booking

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
2. Events & Tournaments

Event/tournament fees are refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours before the event start.

After that, fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant (with prior approval).
3. Memberships & Packages

Memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable once activated.

In special cases (medical reasons, relocation), unused credits may be transferred or extended at our discretion.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Delays may occur depending on your bank/payment provider.
