Refund policy

Racquet Club – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings

  • All bookings must be paid in advance.

  • Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the slot for a full credit towards a future booking

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

2. Events & Tournaments

  • Event/tournament fees are refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours before the event start.

  • After that, fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant (with prior approval).

3. Memberships & Packages

  • Memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable once activated.

  • In special cases (medical reasons, relocation), unused credits may be transferred or extended at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Delays may occur depending on your bank/payment provider.
